Seating, capacity and escape routes in one model

EventGenius Pro fills the room with rows of chairs, tables and a stage, counts the seats and works out, for every chair, how far it is to the nearest exit.

Five-step Quick wizard

Room, stage, exits, layout, check – guided on a single panel. Each step is also available as a separate tool.

Any room

The floor can be any horizontal face; holes cut into it are treated as columns, and both the layout and the analysis avoid them. You can also create a new rectangular room.

Chair rows and tables

Chair blocks with automatic aisles, a centre aisle, staggered rows or curved seating, with row and seat labels. Five table types – banquet, cabaret, rectangular, classroom, cocktail – with table numbers as 3D text on the tabletop.

Automatic room fill

Theatre, cabaret, banquet, classroom or cocktail layout with the distances you set. The plugin keeps clear the strip along the walls, the area in front of the stage, the space around columns and the area in front of the exits.

Capacity and escape routes

Seats, planned headcount, theoretical standing capacity, number and width of exits. For every chair it calculates the walking route to the nearest exit; chairs get a green, yellow or red marker, and the longest routes are drawn in the model.

Seating list

CSV export by block or table, row and seat, with the length of the route to the exit. Accented characters stay correct, and the file opens directly in Excel.

Important: The results are for guidance, and the rule values must be adapted to local regulations. Have the final seating plan checked by a fire safety expert and the venue manager.
